Food and Beverage Services is related to all the activities pertaining to preparing for service and serving food and beverages. This course introduces you to various types of services such as table settings, various equipment used in service, types of menus, types of service operations, food garnishes and accompaniments, and various standard operating procedures followed by food and beverage service business. The Food and Beverage course teaches an individual the basic terms used in food and beverage service domain. After going through theoretical and practical training, which comprises of one semester of 12 weeks plus 6 months paid internship in hotels partnered with the institute you will be awarded with the NVQ level 3 'Food and Beverage' certification accredited by TVEC.
