The Distance Learning Centre Limited is a fully State-Owned Institute functioning under the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils, and Local Government (Self Retaining Institution). DLC was established in 2002 as a World Bank Project with counterpart funding from the Government of Sri Lanka offered through a subsidiary loan agreement that was reached between the Ministry of Finance and DLC. 1. GCE O/L Language - C English - C Mathematic - C AND GCE A/L 

12 Credits are Required Credit Calculation for GCE A/L (12 Credits applicable in any combination)

Pathway 02 

2.GCE O/L (Language - C English - C Mathematic – C) and Relevant Foundation Approved by the Centre - Min 08 Months Programmes

Course fee - 396,000 LKR / 50% scholarships for full payment – 198 000 LKR / Instalment Plan total fee – 239 000 LKR (25 000 + 26750*8)
