Advanced – After a year of studies or relevant professional experience, focus on developing restaurant management skills. The programme concludes with practical experience in a professional environment to reinforce the skills learned.

Fees

• No registration fee; application fee of LKR 5000
• Cost per level (either foundation, intermediate, or advanced): LKR 700,000 nett
• Limited number of scholarships available on request
• Scholarship for each stage is applicable on request

Advanced Certification (Diploma Course)

• Duration: 6 months
• Optional paid internship at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts (Sri Lanka and Maldives)

• English Language – Credit Pass
• Age – 17 and above
