Make the best of your time with the SLTC Foundation pathway. Start your higher education as soon as you get your O/L results! The SLTC Foundation Pathway has been designed to prepare students who wish to pursue tertiary education in engineering and technology disciplines for a successful undergraduate career, after successfully completing their ordinary-level examinations. The SLTC foundation aims to provide its students with the necessary skills, the competencies and the knowledge required for undergraduate studies and ensure that the students are empowered with the linguistic skills and social attributes that will help them gain the best of their university education.

Once the student completes the engineering foundation programme successfully , they will be able to begin their higher education in a chosen specialisation of engineering. They will study the first two years at SLTC, at the cost of a local undergraduate programme and transfer to the respective university for completion of the degree. The following is a list of degree programmes the student will be eligible to pursue once he or she completes the SLTC Engineering Foundation.
