Multi Engine Rating

Obtaining your first Multi Engine Rating can be a exhilarating experience, switching from flying single engine aircrafts to twin engine aircraft bring a new perspective to flying. Most airlines require cadet pilots to hold a Multi Engine aircraft rating which later during their carrer allows them to obtain Type ratings for larger aircraft and also allows the holder to obtain Multi Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) with additional training. Our Multi Engine Rating is designed in accordance with EASA FCL Requirements as follows


Ground Theory

  • 6 Hours of ground theory covering the technical knowledge requirements of Piper Seneca aircraft

Flight Training

  • Flight training consists of 7 hours of training including 3.5 hours of Asymetric flight training

Requirements

  • Hold at least a current and valid Private Pilot License (Aeroplane)
  • Have at least 150 hours total flight time with 70 hours PIC

Duration

  • 2 Weeks based on student availability and weather.
