Course Overview

This course is designed as a basic course of Scuba Diving NVQ Level 3/4, Lifeguard NVQ Level 3/4 and Under Water welding and Cutting NVQ Level 3/4 courses. And helps to make a person in good health, to train as a sport and to save lives.

This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to provide a systematic and organized training in each of the swimming techniques, safety techniques while improving your physical fitness.
