Objectives
This course covers the mandatory training requirements for the issue of a certificate in Crowd Management training as set out in Regulation V/2, Para 4, Section A-V/2, Para 1 of the STCW 1978 as amended.
On successful completion of this course, the participants will acquire the necessary knowledge, understanding and proficiency to be able to perform their relevant duties on board related to Shipboard emergency procedures, control of passengers during an emergency and effective communication during an emergency
