Practicum:
During the course both the theory and the practicum are carried out throughout all four modules within the course duration of 180 hours.

Prerequisites - (Should have one of the following qualification)
- However, the most important criterion is to have good oral and written skills in English.
- At least should have pass in GCE O Level or passes in GCE A Level to include a pass in English;
- Age - Young adults to retirees. Minimum 18 years of age.

Language Theory. The needs and motivation of learners, nature and varieties of language, acquiring language and the approaches, methods and principles of language teaching.

MODULE - 02
Language Teaching Methodology The application of approaches, methods, principles and techniques. Uses of a range of teaching materials and teaching aids are covered.
- Applying methods for effective learning - teaching the four skills

- Teaching materials and aids - rhyme and song, pictures, flashcards and word cards, role play, drama, games and puzzles, effective use of the whiteboard and electronic teaching aids

MODULE - 03
Classroom Planning and Organisation Arriving at lesson delivery, starting with the syllabus and going on to aims for the lesson and creation of the lesson plan. We also cover effective classroom management.
