Passionpreneurs' Workshop is a two-and-a-half-day residential workshop for personality development conducted by eClub Business College with an expert panel of lecturers.

Students of private and public universities; and other higher educational institutions.

Objective

eClub Business College is conducting a residential workshop program Passionpreneurs' Workshop, a unique and one of the best programs in Sri Lanka. The program aids participants in choosing their core dreams and analyzing them based on priorities. Moreover, we offer beneficial life lessons that support thriving in the business world. The workshop activities help participants grow a combined focused mind and soul on their future endeavors and boost a solid plan to achieve.

eClub Business College has evident participants in respective streams and gets informed achievements regularly. The core concept of the workshop is a self-analysis of the participants to understand how they should act based on the situation as an individual, team player, or leader. Passionpreneurs' workshop plays a vital role in successful lives, and still, they practice the key areas that uplift as ideal characters in society.

The workshop structure is as small groups. Each group includes a maximum of 50 individuals. An experienced staff in psychology and human resource management conducts the workshop; therefore, the flow is highly constructive. At the end of the program, feedback is collected, and make regular improvement.
